A. Shipping Costs:

Standard Shipping (2 to 4 business days):

• For order price below $25.00 - Shipping Cost is $3.99.

• For order price above $25.00 - Shipping Cost is Free.
  

B. Transit, Handling & Order Time:

Shipments are in transit for 2 to 4 business days (Monday to Friday).

Order Handling time is 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday).

There is no Order Cut off time.

C. Delivery Terms:

Deliveries will be made through Shipping Carriers (UPS, USPS, FEDEX, Amazon Logistics US, DHL).

D. Change of Delivery Address:

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 1 day of placing your order at support@boacay.com or Call Us at +1 646 450-4851

E. Cancellations:

There are no cancellations allowed. See Return & refund policy page for further information.

F. Parcels Damaged In Transit:

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service for the next steps.
